Toastmasters Area 11 Speech Contests

On March 24th, 2012, Toastmasters will hold its Area 11 Speech Contests at the Forest Library in Forest, VA. Champions of the local club speech contests from Danville to Lynchburg will compete in the Table Topics Contest, in which contestants compose and deliver impromptu 1-2 minute speeches, and the International Speech Contest, in which contestants deliver 5-7 minute prepared speeches. Come see some awesome examples of oratorical skills from fellow members of the community.
